WHO WE ARE 🫂
The Sweet Rebels NGO is co-founded by Sylvia and Kristof, and powered by a small inclusive team: Celien, Niels, Zohra, and Nikita. We’ve proven that people with differences and disabilities are not “less capable” — they’re the beating heart of our daily work.
But to grow internationally, to access funding, and to secure long-term impact, we need a stronger NGO backbone: board members, coordinators, and rebels with brains as much as heart.

Board / Advisory Roles ⚖️
We seek advisors and board members who bring expertise in finance, law, HR, or fundraising — but who also align with our rebel values. Governance that is ethical, trauma-aware, and people-first.
Administration & Finance 📊
We need hands that can help with bookkeeping, donor tracking, and subsidy reporting. Not glamorous, but it keeps the fire burning. We’ll train you in our systems if you bring reliability and detail-focus.
Fundraising & Grants Officer 💸
Writing dossiers, chasing subsidies, talking to partners. We need rebels who can turn passion into paperwork that pays off. Experience helps, but drive and clarity matter most.
Project Coordination 🧭
As projects expand, we need people who can align actions, keep track of outcomes, and link field work to board strategy. You’ll work closely with Sylvia & Kristof, and grow into leadership.

We don’t believe in paper ceilings. Your diploma matters less than your qualities: integrity, accountability, creativity, and care.
Survivors, migrants, disabled professionals — your lived experience is valued here. If the system told you “not qualified,” we want to hear from you.
