Note: Some roles may start part-time or project-based while we scale funding; we’re transparent about hours and pay from the first conversation.

- People over papers: No perfect CV needed. We look at who you are and what you bring.
- Inclusive & supported: Clear tasks, guidance, and a buddy system. Adjustments welcome.
- Fair & honest: Clear pay, clear schedules, and real feedback. No false promises.
- Growth paths: Volunteer-to-paid pathways and dual-learning routes are possible.
